1943 Montreal Crossbody
1943 Montreal Crossbody
This Canadian WWII bag is just fantastic. The whole color combination with the grey leather bottom & zipper, the natural veg tanned handles that will darken & patina over time & the small pops of red that make everything stand out even better. The front of the bag says “MONTREAL QUE “R” that was written by the original owner. There is a small red leather cross patched on the front & a hand stamped leather patch on the back that will remind you of the history of the bag. The leather wrapped handles are comfortable to hold & will turn a beautiful caramel color over time. There are 2 roomy back pockets for stashing your goods & the top zips shut to keep everything safe inside. The hand cut & finished cross body strap will also darken over time & just get softer & better with use. The bag is fully lined with our classic ticking stripe fabric & has 2 additional inside pockets.
