Things To consider before purchasing

*Holiday Returns/exchanges (November-December): We will accept holiday returns of our classic styles for up to 60 days after purchase. This means we will refund the original payment (minus shipping costs). After the 60 days, we will accept returned items for store credit or exchange. If the item is seasonal (shearling), we can only offer returns within 30 days of purchase.

We want you to be as thrilled owning your bag as we were making it. We will gladly refund your original payment within 7 days of purchase (or receipt if shipped). We will accept items for exchange or store credit within 30 days. All items must be in new, salable condition. Due to the seasonal and small craft nature of our business, we cannot accept any returns after 30 days. You will be responsible for shipping back any returns and the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

+ All items in the store are made by hand and one-of-a-kind. We believe in celebrating the natural beauty of leather, which means there may be small "flaws" or inconsistencies in the leather of your beautiful bag. This is what makes each bag unique. We do our best to photograph each item so there are no surprises. If you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us.

+ All computer monitors vary. We try to represent colors the best we can by providing detailed images, but if you are unsure of a color and shade variation is crucial, please contact us and we would be happy to provide more photos or a leather swatch of the color(s) you’re interested in.
