This is just an awesome bag. It’s made from a repurposed vintage grain sack that has been washed and lovingly repaired by hand, both preserving and elevating its uniqueness. The bold copy on front (including the year 1950) is fabulous and it’s fun to imagine where this sack has been over the last 70 years. The bottom is reinforced with our impossibly soft napa leather in a deep jet black. The tote handles and gorgeous strapping details are made with an amazing collection of repurposed vintage horse bridals. They are not only so stunning, but also serve to secure the top of the bag with a snap to keep your treasures safely inside. The bridles have been lovingly broken in for you and have years and years of life left in them. A generous patch snap pocket on back is made from yet another vintage feed sack and the contrast is lovely. A trio of our signature crosses has been hand-stamped on the pocket, but it pairs so well, you’d never know it wasn’t original. The inside is fully lined with 100% linen and has two additional pockets for keeping organized. This is such a special bag, perfect for the sunny days ahead.
