I live with my family in an old victorian house that was built in 1898. From the front, the house looks tiny & cozy. There are 2 big windows (with the original wavy old glass) & also a window on the front door.  For Halloween, I made a garland out of felt with bats, moons & ghosts. I cut it into lengths that will basically fill the windows.  The effect at night is especially nice because we close the blinds & the garland gets lit from behind to become silhouettes.
