Thanks to All the Teachers!

Here in our school district we are in the final week of school before the long summer break. Just a most warm felt THANK YOU to all the teachers who spend countless hours with our children every day. As far as I’m concerned, being a teacher has to be one of the toughest but most rewarding jobs out there.

Thank you all & I wish you an amazing, restful summer so that you’re ready to start all over again in August.

Summer’s Not Over Yet!

Just a little newspaper collage to share. Enjoy these last days in the water…..It’s hot out there!

Collages

Each collage is the size of a piece of newspaper. The layering process was fun because newspaper is very thin & would glue very easily with spray mount. There are also some rubber stamp textures incorperated into the design. I especially like the robot stamp on the first “Alien” picture which was carved by my son.
